Step 1
Wash your hands well with soap and water
Step 2
Choose the comfortable position to remove the Lilicup (standing, sitting on the toilet, crouching, etc.)
Step 3
Pull the Lilicup through the stem slowly, until it reaches the base;
Completely remove lilicup upright and empty the collected liquid into the toilet;
Note.: Do not pull the Lilicup fully through the rod this may increase the pressure and make it difficult to remove.
Step 4
If reused, wash with water and if you prefer neutral soap and insert it again; At
the end of the cycle sanitize in boiling water for 2 minutes, dry and wait in the sachet until next cycle
